This 5% is split into 25 tokens (each token = 0.2% of the ProfitPool)

Large Commitments
Every investment of ৳500,000 earns 1 token. Tokens are limited (25 total) and allocated first-verified basis

Transparent Waterfall
Profits are distributed after fees and expenses. Capital return follows available cash and contract terms. We document every line item.
Third-Party Transfers
Investors may transfer ownership of their investment to a qualified third party (KYC/AML checks required). ProbahoSoft facilitates administrative steps.
Company Buyback
ProbahoSoft may buy back an investor stake only if cash reserves permit. Buyback terms: principal + prorated profit-to-date − 5% early-exit fee.
Investment Protection
If annual profits fall short of the promised return range, ProbahoSoft may expand the portfolio beyond 50 projects to strengthen overall yields for investors.
