How Returns Are Calculated
A transparent, step-by-step breakdown of the profit distribution waterfall
ProbahoSoft builds solutions & collect project revenue (site sales & service revenue)
Deducts payment processing fees (merchant fees & refunds)
Subtracts project-period expenses (staff, office, subscriptions, depreciation, contingency)
The remainder is the Net Distributable
Capital Return First: available cash used to return investor principal as per contract
Profit distribution: Then remaining Profit Pool is split 43% Investors/42% ProbahoSoft/15% Employees
ProbahoSoft distributes 5% of it's 42% to EARLY & LARGE INVESTORS
Disclaimer
Capital & Profit Sharing: Capital & profit are shared according to halal principles - no guarantees, no interest. Capital return depends on project results, as set in the contract.
Taxes & compliance: ProbahoSoft pays tax on its share of profit. Investors are responsible for their own tax returns after profit distribution.
