How it works
What is an Investment Batch?
At ProbahoSoft, we don't pool investor money into an endless, confusing fund. Instead, we use a structured 12-month program called an Investment Batch. Each year has two batches: Mid-Year and Year-End.
When you invest in a batch, your capital helps us secure, build, and deliver a specific group of client projects over a clear 12-month timeline.
Months 1 to 6
Fundraising & Kickoff
- Investor capital is raised (Maximum: ৳70 lacs per batch)
- Client projects are booked proportional to the raised funds
- Hiring and operational kickoff begins
- Capital enters the business working pool
Months 7 to 12
Completion & Distribution
- Client websites are completed, tested, and deployed
- Final client revenues are collected
- Original investor capital is returned first
- Remaining profit is shared (43% to investors)
How Each Investment Batch Works
Each batch runs on a structured 12-month cycle: the first 6 months for raising capital and booking client work, the next 6 months for completion, deployment, and revenue collection.

Investors join during the batch opening period. The raise is capped and time-boxed.

ProbahoSoft books real client work
We use the batch capital to take on and build real website and automation projects for paying clients.

Client revenue is collected
Across the batch cycle, projects go live and clients pay for the work delivered.

Capital returned first, then profit shared
Investors receive their original capital back first. Remaining profit is then shared on a fixed split.
